Healing. Growth. Movement. Change

Welcome
You've taken the first step on a brave and growthful journey.
Healing is a collaborative process. Whether we work together for just a few sessions during a crisis or embark on a deeper exploration of lifelong patterns and deeply rooted belief systems, I am here to support you every step of the way.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Weather permitting, I also offer a unique approach to therapy called Walk and Talk Therapy. Imagine taking a stroll on a local rail trail while we talk through challenges and struggles. During our walk, we can explore creative solutions, new insights, and positive coping skills. Many people find movement to be especially helpful when processing difficult topics, and being in nature can provide a deeply healing experience.
Approach and Commitment
Whatever path you choose, I will approach it with humor, compassion, and years of lived experience paired with clinical expertise. Together, we will navigate new and uncharted territory. You do not need to walk this path alone.

What is an Experiential Therapy Intensive?
An experiential therapy intensive combines breathwork, Internal Family Systems (IFS) mapping, and somatic release techniques, and offers a holistic approach to healing. Here's a summary of what to expect during the session:
Breathwork: Breathwork lays the foundation for safety and grounding. Guided techniques help access deep emotional states, regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and create relaxation. Techniques like circular breathing or holotropic breathwork may lead to emotional insights and somatic awareness.
IFS Mapping: IFS focuses on understanding and integrating different parts of the psyche. During mapping, you’ll identify and explore these parts, engage in dialogues, and create harmony among them.
Somatic Release Techniques: These techniques help release emotional blockages stored in the body. Methods like body scans, movement, and vocalization allow the body to process suppressed emotions, sometimes resulting in physical reactions like shaking or crying.
Integration: The session concludes with integration practices, such as journaling, discussions, and grounding exercises, to help stabilize and apply the healing to everyday life. Post-intensive support is available for continued integration.
This intensive, which is a minimum of 3 hours in duration, offers a comprehensive, deep healing experience that addresses both the mind and body
